Features:

Surface Preparation: 

Unpainted Iron, steel or weathered aluminium or galvanize:- Remove all grease, dirt, rust, white rust and millscale. Wirebrush, solvent wipe, scrape and abrade where necessary.

New aluminium or galvanize:- Abrade to remove white rust. Then solvent wipe to remove oil or grease and dirt. Pre-treat with Berger Etching Wash Primer.

Application:

Apply only to clean surfaces free from dust, rust, grease, wax and surfaces that are damp.

• Ensure contents are thoroughly stirred. Use only clean brushes, rollers and containers etc.
• Ready for use by brush or roller. Thin as required for spraying equipment.

Drying:- Touch dry in 2 hours. Allow to dry at least 18 hours before over-coating.

DO NOT add any oil, varnish or other paint to Berger Zinc Chromate Metal Primer.
